How do I start using AI as a complete beginner?
Open a free assistant such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot in your web browser or official app, then simply type a question as you would to a helpful friend. Start with something everyday, like planning a meal, and ask follow-up questions. Never share passwords, bank details or other private information.
