How can AI help me reply to customer reviews?

Paste the review into ChatGPT or Claude, say whether it's positive or negative and the tone you want, and ask for a short reply that thanks or acknowledges the customer and offers to help. Edit it so it sounds like you, and never reveal customer details.

We've added extra time to Saturday delivery slots. I'd love to make it up to you; please message us at the shop. – Hannah, Sweet Things Bakery"
